Well I think I know who'll win this one, but after yesterday's shocker, who can tell? So without futher ado, what's better:
"Puttin' on the Ritz" or "Taking it to the Streets"? (Remember, it's not just the song...it's the idea, the concept, the meaning of it all.)
P.S. Looks like we have a tie going for yesterday's vote, so we'll leave it with a golden goal situation--next vote (for either Natalie Portman) is the winner.

Now, see, the Taking it to the Streets has negative associations with Taylor Hicks, but Putting on the Ritz makes me think of Taco, whom I'm not sure could have got passed Simon Cowell to the Hollywood stage with such a name. Tie dye shirts vs. coats and tails?

You see, taking those two phrases down to tie dye and coats and ties makes it skewed. Why not define it by decade? 70's vs. the 20's.
I just like takin' it to the streets better. Has a more effective title. Putting on the ritz doesn't do much for me.

Puttin' on the Ritz: whether Astair or Wilder and Boyle (the definitive version), this one has style.
"Ritz" just has so much more to it, culturally/idiologically speaking. Plus it's a pretty swingin' tune.
Gotta go with Fred Astaire over anything featuring the word "doobie".
Nothing can ever top Fred Astaire and his top hat. Definitely "Puttin' on the Ritz"
